Warranty and Service

Ross Worldwide products purchased through an authorized dealer are covered under warranty. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. If your Ross Worldwide product should need attention, please return it to Ross Worldwide, One Ponderosa Ct., Montrose, CO 81401. A copy of the original purchase receipt and a Product Service Form must be included with the shipment, or the warranty return will be refused and sent back to the customer. The Product Service Form can be found under the warranty section and must be filled out in its entirety. All shipments to Ross Worldwide must be freight paid. Each warranty return will be serviced for a fee to cover the cost of processing, handling and shipment back to the customer.
