Ross Worldwide products purchased through an authorized dealer are covered by warranty. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.

If your Ross Worldwide product should need attention, please return it to Ross Worldwide, One Ponderosa Ct., Montrose, CO 81401. A copy of the original purchase receipt and a Product Service Form must be included with the shipment, or the warranty return will be refused and sent back to the customer. To access the warranty information and service form for each product category, click on a link below. All shipments to Ross Worldwide must be freight paid. Each warranty return will be serviced for a fee to cover the cost of processing, handling and shipment back to the customer.
